Randy and Peggy Way, a husband and wife team and owners of Richter Real Estate, offer their clients a family tradition of service and integrity. The business was started by Peggy's mother in 1978 with Peggy following in 1984 and Randy in 1998. They are proud to continue providing outstanding service to current and future clients.

Randy and Peggy have many creative ideas in work and play. They enjoy designing and building stained glass windows, several of which can be seen in their office building. They also incorporate many forms of art glass to make lampwork bead jewelry, garden mosaics and kiln-fired pieces. Both enjoy being near water, so all vacations include a water destination. They would love to have several pets, but their busy schedule limits them to one Ragdoll cat, a breed developed in the 1960s with many doglike characteristics. Romeo is the office mascot and enjoys going to "work" everyday.
